01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7e7bd website accessible at https://7e7bd.io and all associated services, features, games, and tools made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a 7e7bd account and uses the Platform for betting, casino gaming, or any related service.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 7e7bd Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7e7bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 7e7bd Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of cleared real-money funds will be processed. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

7e7bd is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any point where unusual account activity is detected. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

06 Deposits & Payments

7e7bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from 7e7bd are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved
• Same payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability

09 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 7e7bd sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the 7e7bd system and displayed to the Player. 9.2 Odds & Pricing

9.3 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

7e7bd reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a clearly erroneous price, a technical error, or a data feed malfunction. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account in full. 7e7bd will not be liable for any indirect losses arising from such errors.

9.4 Event Cancellations & Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 10 Casino Game Rules

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7e7bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 7e7bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

15 Privacy & Data
